Managed teams and dedicated development teams

A managed team is a dedicated group of senior engineers, led and supported by co.brick, that works as part of your organisation. Engineers are onboarded in two to four weeks and the team scales month to month with no long-term lock-in.

What is a managed team?

A managed team is a dedicated group of senior engineers employed and led by co.brick that works exclusively on one client's product, combining the control of an in-house team with the flexibility of an external partner.

Managed team vs. staff augmentation vs. outsourcing

Staff augmentation adds individual contractors you manage yourself. Classic outsourcing hands over a whole project and its decisions. A managed team sits in between: co.brick handles recruitment, retention, technical leadership and delivery quality, while you keep product ownership and roadmap control.

How recruitment works

Roles are defined together with the client, candidates are screened technically and culturally by co.brick engineers, and the client interviews the shortlist. First engineers typically start within two to four weeks.
