Senior Product Manager
Senior Product Manager at co.brick — 5+ years, based in Remote.
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution to join our growing team in Poland. In this role, you will own the product lifecycle from strategy to launch, working closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver impactful solutions. You can work from our modern office in Gliwice or remotely from anywhere in Poland, with a visit to the office at least once per month to meet the team.
Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Vision
Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmaps aligned with company goals.
Use insights into industry trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to guide product direction.
Product Lifecycle Management
Manage the full product lifecycle, from ideation and strategy to launch and post-launch optimization.
Prioritize features and initiatives to deliver customer value and business impact.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver successful products.
Mentor and support stakeholders across functions to drive product alignment.
Customer Focus & Product Design
Deeply understand customer needs and translate them into product features and solutions.
Partner with design teams to apply user-centered design principles and deliver excellent user experiences.
Execution & Delivery
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
Work in Agile/Scrum environments to prioritize and deliver features efficiently.
Troubleshoot, resolve issues, and adapt quickly to changes in product development.
Communication & Stakeholder Alignment
Clearly articulate product strategies, roadmaps, and updates to executives, technical teams, and customers.
Present ideas and progress confidently to senior leadership and larger groups.
Business Acumen
Ensure product decisions support overall business strategy, revenue goals, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Experience: You have 5+ years of experience in product management with proven success managing end-to-end product lifecycles.
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
Cross-Functional Execution: Exceptional collaboration skills with a track record of bridging product strategy with marketing execution and building close relationships with engineering, design, and sales teams.
Mindset & Business Acumen: Strategic thinker with a customer-first mindset, strong organizational skills, and a clear focus on business impact and usability.
Communication: Excellent communication skills in English,, capable of confidently articulating strategies, roadmaps, and progress to executives, technical teams, and customers.
Travel & Location: Willingness to visit our Gliwice office around once per month to work with the engineering team in person.
