LOCATION: Gliwice (in a brand new office located at Kaczyniec street 9), hybrid: up to 2 days per week in the office



We are looking for a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to work closely with our teams – a passionate team member who will be responsible for our marketing activities.



  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field 
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on lead generation and campaign management
  • Experience with B2B marketing strategies
  • Experience using marketing automation tools, such as HubSpot, GoogleAnalytics 
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to track, measure, and report on campaign performance
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media marketing, and content marketing
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Previous experience in IT industry is welcome
  • Fluent in English and Polish



  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels (email, social media, paid advertising) to drive brand awareness and lead generation
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance, using data to optimize future campaigns and improve ROI
  • Supervise the implementation of a new company’s website
  • Manage and update the company website and landing pages to ensure optimal user experience and lead conversion
  • Create and manage content for social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook to engage with our target audience
  • Monitor and manage our social media accounts, track social media metrics
  • Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and effective marketing materials
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our digital marketing strategies
