ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to work closely with our teams – a passionate team member who will be responsible for our marketing activities.
OUR REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on lead generation and campaign management
- Experience with B2B marketing strategies
- Experience using marketing automation tools, such as HubSpot, GoogleAnalytics
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to track, measure, and report on campaign performance
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media marketing, and content marketing
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Previous experience in IT industry is welcome
- Fluent in English and Polish
YOUR TASKS
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels (email, social media, paid advertising) to drive brand awareness and lead generation
- Analyze and report on campaign performance, using data to optimize future campaigns and improve ROI
- Supervise the implementation of a new company’s website
- Manage and update the company website and landing pages to ensure optimal user experience and lead conversion
- Create and manage content for social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook to engage with our target audience
- Monitor and manage our social media accounts, track social media metrics
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and effective marketing materials
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our digital marketing strategies
